Job Description
Jack in the Box is looking for a Drive-Thru Team Member to greet our guests with a smile. This full time or part time position, located in Santa Fe Springs, CA, is a crucial part of our customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Going above and beyond for guests with your exceptional service
-Suggesting additional food and drink items to guests
-Recognizing first-time guests, as well as regulars, and developing a rapport with customers
-Using the Point of Sale system
-Performing cash handling and checkout procedures correctly
-Attending to all side work such as cleaning, stocking, etc.
