Job Description
As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects. We are looking for this person to also have bartending experience as you’d get some bar shifts or need to flexible with helping not only the servers but actually be behind the bar.
Responsibilities
- We are specifically looking for this person to have night availability, I.e. 5pm-2am
- Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations - including staffing and service
- Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Schedule maintenance as needed
- Report to all meetings
