Job Description

As the baker, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods of different varieties and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Making Royal icing & preparing different icing consistencies, plus coloring icing
• Using different decorating techniques, and completing custom orders from start to finish.
• Prepares bakery orders as needed throughout the day (quick Ubereats orders)
• Assists in packaging cookies and shipping help
• Maintains the cleanliness of workstation/kitchen area
• Follows all sanitation guidelines ensuring fresh quality products
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assists in the cleaning of equipment, tools, or dishes
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, punctual/dependable and have a positive attitude.
