Job Description
As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.

Capt. Benny's are family owned and operated seafood restaurants dating back to 1967. The original restaurants were a mere boat shaped oyster bar serving up a limited menu of freshly shucked oysters, gumbo, boiled shrimp, fried catfish, shrimp and oysters. The concept has since evolved into a slightly larger menu with more seating. We still use the same family recipes, still shuck your oysters right in front of you in the boat shaped oyster bar and still provide a layed back family dining atmosphere.
