Job Summary

We are seeking a Barback to join our team at Drifters Riverfront Bar & Grill! In this role, you will help to open and close the bar, as well as other essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and keeping the bar and tables clean. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience at our bar and want to return again and again. If you’re friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
• Restock supplies as needed
• Bus tables
• Stock beer/ice/paper goods
• Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
• Take out the trash
• Assist bartenders as requested
• Qualifications:
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Able to work nights and weekends
