Job Description
As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.

So, what’s behind the name and what’s our story, you ask? Well, this is how it all began…. We are long-time residents & Independent Restauranteurs of Montgomery, so, we have a natural affection for the area and it's residents. We were seeking opportunities to grow our business and had several opportunities to develop other restaurants, but we felt a need to create a restaurant offering Cajun Seafood, but, with a focus on the locals of Montgomery.
