Job Description
As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.
Responsibilities
- Changing kegs when needed
- Assist in retrieving and washing glasses
- Sweeping, mopping, and organizing taproom
- Updating inventory clipboard
- Making sure all doors are locked and secure for closing
- Accurately logging temperatures of various equipment
- Friendly interaction with customers
- Able to lift upwards of 50+ lbs
- Desire to learn about craft beer and production processes
