Job Description
As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Being a barista offers you a community of passionate coffee lovers and frequent opportunities for continued learning.

The first Aroma Joe’s opened in East Rochester, New Hampshire in 2000 by four cousins from Maine – Marty and Tim McKenna and Mike and Brian Sillon. They had a passion for coffee and serving positive energy to every customer and each community. They also recognized an opportunity when looking at what the competition offered – impersonal service, poor quality and lack of innovation. Aroma Joe’s quickly grew to become a beloved community destination across Maine and New Hampshire as more people experienced the Aroma Joe’s difference. In 2012 with the help of Loren Goodridge, a well-known Subway franchisee and Development Agent, Aroma Joe’s began franchising. There are now over 70 + shops in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Aroma Joe’s is quickly growing as more people discover the Aroma Joe’s difference and is always looking for amazing franchisees to spread the AJ’s positivity in new areas.
