Job Description
As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Being a barista offers you a community of passionate smoothie lovers and frequent opportunities for continued learning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Prepare foods such as smoothies, acai bowls, lemonades, etc.
- Assist making salads, wraps, and grain bowls

As an assistant manager, you will assist the head manager by leading and coaching the team in at least one of the core areas of the restaurant (e.g., service, kitchen, online ordering). You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with FLYFUEL’s mission and core values.
