Role summary:

Halcyon Mueller specializes not only in coffee, but also craft cocktails. our customers are neighbors both old and new, students, families and travelers. here we are looking for experienced FOH staff that fits into our small but mighty team. Energetic, self-driven coffee lovers are encouraged to apply.

Job Qualifications:

Preferably applying to us with 1 year experience in specialty coffee- an avid ESPRESSO enthusiast. (we are willing to train the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Educating our costumers in the things you're being educated in (coffee, brewing methods, etc.)
• here at halcyon we want to ensure our costumers always get a drink they love so communication is key
• Cash handling and payment processing
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• may occasionally Bartend (we'll provide bar training)
• Set up the café for a successful and efficient shift
• working nights and weekends, with opportunity to expand on the schedule
