Looking for hardworking, dependable team members to make coffee and tea based beverages, give outstanding customer service and keep the cafe, bathroom, patio spaces and behind bar clean. Being friendly to both staff and customers, dependable, detail oriented and able to lift 30lbs comfortably.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting and welcoming customers

Taking orders over Revel POS

Memorizing and giving detailed descriptions of drinks and food

Making coffee and tea beverages at a high level (latte art required)

Making food product with fast ticket times

Dating food and beverage product that is made in large batches

Maintaining a clean workstation

Maintaining a clean cafe & restroom

Cleaning dishes

Handling cash and balancing a till

Being prompt and on-time for shifts and clocking out on-time

There are two stores in Frisco TX one on Ohio Dr at the Summit apartments and another on historic Main St. Looking for baristas at both locations. There are 3 shifts available:

Ohio Dr.

Opening (7:30am-3:30)

Mid (9am-5pm)

Closing (10:30am-6:30pm)

Main St.

Opening (6:30am-2:30pm)

Mid (9am-5pm)

Closing (10:30am-6:30pm)

Required available days

Saturday & Sunday (our busiest days of service)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
• Share knowledge and suggest menu items to customers
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Receive and process payments
• Prepare foods such as muffins, pastries, bagels, etc.
