Job Description
As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Pete Plamondon, Sr. believed so strongly in the original Roy Rogers brand that he left Marriott to become a Roy Rogers franchisee. Knowing that the best way to keep Roy Rogers true to its original vision was to keep it in the family, Plamondon, Sr. sold the franchise to his sons, Pete Jr. and Jim, in 1998. In 2002, the brothers decided to purchase the Roy Rogers Brand from Hardee’s parent company CKE Restaurants.
