THE JOB

As a bartender, you’re the face of our brand! You ensure our crew and guests have exceptional experiences through empathy and care. You keep the bar clean and safe by staying organized and doing your part to stay positive. You have a dynamic personality, great attention to detail and a willingness to do the right thing. We don’t script. We expect you to be yourself, while selling our brand. Starting pay is $3.5/hour + a boatload of tips paid the same day (Bartenders take home $20 an hour on average).
