- Full Time and Part Time Availability

- TABC and Food Handlers Required, Bar certification a plus.

**Shifts Offered for Bartenders**

* Weekend days( Fri- Sat-Sun)9-4.

* Night shifts (Mon - Sun) till 2am

- 4+ years experience required.

- Can handle slow/medium/ high volume, both food and beverage.

- Craft cocktails, wine, and beer knowledge and food pairings.

- Willing to handle a combination of 60/40 food/drinks. Busier shifts 60% + bar.

- AM/PM Availability a plus.

- You are a extrovert, can multitask, and are always punctual.

- Understand we are building back our Bussiness, have the skills, confidence and desire to be part of this process.

- Complete all food and beverage training and test.

** NOTE** All positions are for the Lakewood location in “The Brewers Arms Music Pub”. Lakewood only English pub.

** Also hiring for the reopening of the Buzzbrew's Deep Ellum location opening mid July.

As bartender, you’ll be slinging basic bar drinks, and crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with staff and guests to provide a memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating innovative cocktails enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks as much as a simple drink, pouring the perfect draft beer or glass of wine.

You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed staffs and patrons' needs and expectations. Mentor all staff to understand and respect what makes a bar successful, the art of serving drinks, it’s policy’s and procedures. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding and willingness I uphold all current policy’s and laws.

There is opportunity to grow into a bar captain and bar manager position.

Responsibilities

• • Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant to company’s specifications.
• • Train and reinforce company policies,Tabc rules and laws.
• • Knowledgeable of all food and beverage of both Buzzbrews and The Brewers Arms Pub.
• • Maintain strict standards if cleanliness, organization, product placement and restocking of bars inventory.
• •. Bar inventory daily, ordering.
• • ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
• • Comply with food and beverage regulations
