Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

Growing up playing and watching sports led to many nights at restaurants and bars watching the home team pull off a W. Sadly, many of those places did not receive their own W on food or service standards. This got the building blocks going in 2005 to beat the status quo and be just a bit different and highlight our passion for food.
In June of 2006 the first location of Center Court Pizza & Brew opened on the westside of the Houston suburb of Pearland. The goal was to offer top quality pizza, wings, salads, sandwiches and other menu offerings that are made fresh-to order using the freshest and never frozen ingredients. We also worked with local breweries to bring great local craft, and some of the most sought-after specialty beers, to the outer Loop.

We instilled in our Staff attention to detail and service that has garnered us multiple awards and 4.5+ star ratings. Our constant search for the best quality ingredients and new menu offerings keeps things fresh and Guests coming back for more. All of this is the recipe for success that keeps everyone talking about us!
Over a decade later we have expanded our footprint around the Houston area and even a location in the San Antonio suburb of Stone Oak. We are one of Houston’s fastest growing restaurant franchises and looking to expand even more! Who knows, maybe we’ll be in your neck of the woods next!
