Ditka's is looking to hire experienced Bartenders for our Oakbrook Terrace location. Our All-American & Steakhouse inspired concept offers an elevated atmosphere to go along with a quality of service which is unrivaled. Our menu meets the highest standards of quality with a fresh and modern twist on traditional recipes. Our mission is to provide a diverse food and bar menu along with an award winning wine list presented by a team that is well-trained and hospitable.
The bar is the focal point our restaurant, so it is crucial that our Bartenders take pride in providing attentive and friendly service. Our Bartenders are expected to connect with guests at every opportunity while providing personalized and thoughtful recommendations. Being able to keep the bar stocked and well maintained along with having a cocktail driven passion is highly desired.
