Job Description

Hibiki Japanese restaurant in Deep Ellum (Commerce St, right behind of Bomb Factory) is searching for energetic, guest-friendly bartender. Must be authorized to work in US.

Basic knowledge of cocktail and liquor

Minimum 21 years of age

Experience as a Bartender or Barback is a plus

Experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus

Weekend dinner shifts (Fri, Sat and Sun) required

Must have a TABC license

Part-time

$8.00/hour + Tips

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
• Help plan and serve bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory
• ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
