Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Help plan and serve bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
- Comply with food and beverage regulations

About HQ Prime Beer garden
Over the past 25 years this has been a BBQ joint, formerly a Red Hot & Blue. In 2017 our founder, Craig Collins, decided he wanted to move in another direction. A direction full of not only great BBQ, but other great selections as well. A 6 month renovation occurred and the Beer Garden, stage and patio were built as a place to gather and listen to live music. The Cargo Bar was dropped in for those who wanted to hang outside but didn’t want to come inside for their drinks. A 24-selection draft system was installed, inside and out. TVs started going up all over, 27 in total. Southern and Celebrity Chefs came through and helped us develop a more tasteful and modern style of Smoked Meat. People really started to notice the difference! The atmosphere, guest market, and menu started to change. Things overall started to move in a more positive direction.
