About Us:
We are looking for experienced, hard-working and energetic staff for various positions in a new Wine, Cocktail and Coffee Bar Concept, opening early May in the heart of Southlake.
We have created an upscale- causal environment that includes a full kitchen, bar and coffee station set within an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Seating includes dining room, bar, patio and café style accommodations, providing a morning to night setting of offerings to our clients.

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
Responsibilities
- Basic Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Well versed in cocktails, mixology and wine with the ability and passion to become knowledgeable of our offerings and be able to share with customers and provide suggestions
- Build rapport with team, guests and regulars; carry a friendly and positive attitude and provide professional service while creating a fun and rewarding work environment
- Ability to proactively gauge service requests and clientele needs; we seek pro-active, not
- re-active persons.
- Ability to carry boxes, stock inventory, prep bar each shift
- Dependable and timely
- Contributes to keeping a safe, clean and organized environment
- Ability to act as a host and ensure guests are properly welcomed and serviced
- Staff will be trained in coffee machine use and preparation by our coffee partners
- Helpful Additional Qualifications:
- TABC certification
- 2+ years bartending experience
- 21+ years of age
- Full-Time/Part Time
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Help plan and serve bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
