Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memborable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Help plan and serve bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age
- Comply with food and beverage regulations

In 2004, we discovered a small restaurant space in the Inman Park area of Atlanta. At the time, we were the fifth restaurant to discover this up and coming area. In the Spring of 2004, we opened our first restaurant called Rathbun's. Since then, we have grown to three restaurants all located on the same street. The Inman Park area has now become the new entertainment district of Atlanta and we are proud to be a part of the neighborhoods success. Since our original restaurant, we have added Krog Bar and Kevin Rathbun Steak to our portfolio. In early 2013, we introduced Atlanta to our newest restaurant, KR SteakBar. It is located in the Peachtree Hills area of Buckhead. Our cuisines range from American, Mediterranean, Italian, and Prime steaks. Our goal is to continue to serve the Atlanta diners with cutting edge chef-driven restaurants while establishing a local, regional and nationwide following.
