Description
Bartenders will prepare front bar and service well drinks according to the Movie Tavern Standardized Drink Recipe Book.
Bartenders will greet guests in the lobby, patio (if applicable), and bar areas and ensure that their needs are met. They may sell tickets and assist guests in finding their theatres as needed.
The bartender will assist in the continuing education of the server staff on a daily basis.
The bartender will monitor every guest at their bar and communicate with management properly.
Bartenders are responsible for their cash drawer and will turn in a cash-out report at the end of each shift.
Requirements/Responsibilities
The Bartender acts as the Guest Ambassador in our bars.
* Proven working experience as a bartender
* Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
* Computer literacy
* Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
* Relevant training certificate
