As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences.

While we would prefer candidates with proven hospitality experience, bartending knowledge is not required!

Responsibilities

• Rumi's Kitchen is currently seeking exceptional Bartender candidates to join our team at our soon-to-open Washington, D.C. location!

• We are searching for ambitious, friendly individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bartenders are responsible for: preparing cocktails; helping guests navigate our menu, cocktail and wine lists; developing relationships with guests; setting a positive example for more junior members of the service staff.

• Paid menu and beverage training prior to our opening will last approximately two weeks; our comprehensive training will require commitment to complete.
• Paid training and team building sessions will begin in mid-February, with an early March grand opening.
