Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

Thasos is a Mediterranean kitchen + bar located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Each dish is made-to-order using the freshest ingredients, from locally-caught and Mediterranean fish flown in daily, to the highest quality meats cut in-house. Delivering simple and authentic fare, a combination of fine herbs, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice are used to draw out natural flavors while maintaining the integrity of the ingredients. Boasting three Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence, the bar presents a 200-plus wine selection representative of regions from around the globe, as well as an eclectic menu of artisanal cocktails. The chic, custom-designed dining room features petrified and reclaimed wood elements, paired with clean white lines that transport guests to the coastal Greek islands. Indoor and outdoor private areas are available for events and can accommodate up to 230 people.
