Job Description
Description: You are the direct support team member for the frontwaiter.
Job Role: The backwaiter’s responsibility is to perform water and bread service, setting and clearing of tables and plates, polish of silverware and glassware, table mise-en-place and overall tidiness of the restaurant. Theses tasks will be expected to be performed in a timely manner with a sense of urgency and team
Knowledge:
-Clearing and re-setting tables
-Proper water service
-Proper way to run and drop food
-Complete knowledge of mise-en-place storage areas
-VIP Procedures
-Knowledge of main food items
-Ideology behind our beverage program
-Ideology behind restaurant culture, history, and service philosophy
