Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and self-motivated Busser to support our food runner and take ownership of the cleanliness in our dining room. Join our team in this fun, one of a kind working environment!
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task effectively. The Busser's main duty is to ensure that the dining area is sanitary and attractive. Bussers start clearing up tables right away once customers leave and/or when they have finished eating. They stack and clear away dishes for the kitchen to reduce the turnover time between parties and keep tables readily available for incoming customers.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables of all dishes and trash
- Wipe down tables with sanitizer spray
- Help deliver food to tables
- Sanitize menus and table numbers
- Sweep floor and underneath tables
- Refill salt and pepper shakers
- Assist in cleaning the restaurant
