As busser, you set the stage for service: setting & clearing tables, assisting servers and attending to customers' needs. You should be a team player and enjoy working at a fast pace. Chef Francesco was born in Palermo, Sicily in 1976. His passion for great Italian food began at a young age watching his father, a pastry chef, cook at home. His love for cooking grew after attending Instituto Alberghiero, an Italian culinary school in Palermo in 1996 and 1998. While there he focused on preparing seafood, fish and risotto specialties.
