Monty’s Lighthouse is a Cajun Seafood / American Waterfront Restaurant & Bar overlooking Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas. We are locally owned, and family operated. So, what’s behind the name and what’s our story, you ask? Well, this is how it all began…. We are long-time residents & Independent Restauranteurs of Montgomery, so, we have a natural affection for the area and it's residents. We were seeking opportunities to grow our business and had several opportunities to develop other restaurants, but we felt a need to create a restaurant offering Cajun Seafood, but, with a focus on the locals of Montgomery.
