As a Server Assistant, you set the stage for service: setting & clearing tables and sanitizing, assisting servers and attending to guests needs. Responsibilities

• Set tables and stock necessary supplies
• Sanitizing all surfaces with perioxide
• Sanitizing all door handles periodically
• Clear and reset tables
• Replenish utensils as necessary
• Refill water and iced tea glasses
• Support wait staff by assisting them with guests needs
