Job Description

Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Responsibilities

• As a “Cashier”, you’ll also be in charge o multiple positions. Certain shifts you’ll have a coworker, others you’ll be solo with manager assistance.
• Responsibilities include:
• Greeting all incoming guests
• Taking orders, remembering to suggest, recommend, upsell, and repeat order to ensure accuracy
• Putting together side dishes
• Expediting orders
• Running orders to tables
• Running Curbside orders to cars outside
• Skills/attributes include:
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Basic Math
• Learning our menu and the essence of our food
• Ability to work with a team and sometimes solo
• Organization
• Team mentality when it comes to setting up the next shift
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
