Job Description
The perfect blend between hospitality and operations - you're the beginning, end and overall best part of a patron's dining experience. You'll massage their menu concerns, bang out some small talk and finish strong with a processed payment. A Host should never feel chained to his/her register, so when a situation on the floor comes you'll stretch those legs and make things happen. Sprinkle some initiative into this role and watch it grow.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer payments.
- Issue receipts and refunds.
- Promote products and menu items.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean and tidy counter.
