Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and answer any questions
- Promote products and menu items
- Handle and process customer payments
- Issue receipts and refunds as necessary
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and tidy counter area
- Restock items needed for counter area

Pho Bistro was created in 2015 out of passion for amazing service and food in McKinney. Since our modest beginnings in 2015, we’ve been making customers happy with our tasteful, solid, Asian food.
In 2021, Pho Bistro has managed to open a new restaurant Pho Bistro 2 in Lewisville. Our restaurant takes pride in the way that we can furnish our new and faithful clients with extraordinary tasting Vietnamese Pho and Asian food, which is better than some other Asian restaurant you visit. The food is a big part of the reason, our restaurant is the best, but our staff? We have the most welcoming staff, that helps you with choosing and enjoying your meal! Without their passion and work ethic it wouldn’t be this good! They are the reason why our customers love coming back to eat and enjoy the time and food with us!
We realize numerous individuals love Asian cuisine, yet a large number of them doesn’t know or are unconscious, that they’ve never experienced how a REAL Asian food taste like. We offer you all different kinds of our traditional Pho noodles soups, amazing sushi and sashimi. Our menu does not end there. We also offer a variety of other types of traditional dishes such as tasty appetizers, fresh sub-sandwiches, delicious rice and vermicelli dishes with grilled meats, flavorful stir-fry dishes.
