About Us
Hassan and Habiba are the franchise owners of Teriyaki Madness in Lake Forest. The former Bay Area residents moved to Southern California to live near their children and more importantly grandchildren. Once relocated, they fell in love with Orange County but felt there was something they could offer. “We felt a need to have a place that can serve a simple meal that is full of flavor, prepared fresh to order, and can be eaten almost every day without boredom,” says Hassan. Enter Teriyaki Madness: the fresh Asian grill that serves up large bowls of perfectly grilled chicken, freshly wok’d vegetables, and house-made sauces over mounds of steaming rice or stir-fried noodles. “ It’s delicious!” exclaims Habiba who urges you to stop by and give them a chance to “win you over!”
