Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Tidwell/I45 Location is the Original and only Family owned location. The others have been sold off since 1990's and unfortunately we did not require the names to be changed so sorry about all the confusion. We have been using our original recipes to slow smoke all goodness since 1974! We tender smoke our meats up to 14 hours using a blend of hickory and pecan. We make everything from scratch early every morning. Our focus is to bring you the best of our family recipes handed down to us from our founder - my gran papa.
