Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and answer any questions
- Promote products and menu items
- Handle and process customer payments
- Issue receipts and refunds as necessary
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and tidy counter area
- Restock items needed for counter area

Situated at the corner of the Courtyard by the Observation Tower, Wildflower Café seats patrons both indoors in cool comfort or al fresco on two shaded patios. The menu includes a selection of sandwiches, salads, snacks and refreshments (choices change with the season and market availability).
Seating is first-come, first-served with limited accommodation for small groups. Groups can arrange to have box lunches prepared two weeks in advance of their arrival by contacting Circle C Catering at 512.375.3539 or info@circleccatering.com.
The Wildflower Center has picnic areas available on a first-come, first-served basis for general visitors. Alcoholic beverages and fires are not permitted.
