Job Description

Austin Oyster Co. is the first online ordering, delivery, and oyster shucking company in Austin, Texas. We bring in oysters from partner farms in New England and serve them to customers at their events, or the comfort of their own home. We are growing fast and looking for good people to build our team!

- Someone who can help us deliver and shuck oysters at parties throughout the greater Austin, TX area.

- Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who gets excited about working on the ground floor of a company as it scales from infancy to adulthood.

- Someone who has interests in lifestyle brands, startups, and interests outside of the food industry as well

- Someone who is organized, consistent, reliable and coachable

- Someone we can build a team around and eventually help us run our Austin operations

- Someone who likes wearing multiple hats and performing a wide variety of tasks; meeting new people, engaging with customers, and enjoys the challenges of working at a startup.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service throughout the entirety of the business relationship
• Prepare, store, transport, and serve items following all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist in event set up and/or breakdown
• Adhere to scheduling provided to you
• Provide friendly and prompt service to customers as needed
