Job Description

We are looking for someone to execute the food element of APT 115. This will be a hybrid position of working on the execution of the menu, prep, and assisting with service. For the individual with the right experience there will be opportunity to turn your creativity into menu items or specials. In the future we would like to do a monthly tasting menu with wine pairing. There are opportunities for part time or full time, with a flexible schedule, and only open in the evening. Everyone works as a unit to assist in commitment to the guest experience. This will be a tipped position, plus hourly wage. All employees of APT 115 are guaranteed a living wage, a daily shift wine, 50% off you and guest for dine in, and continued wine education. Pay is $15 an hour + tips, which is usually around $21-$28 an hour, $20 an hour is guaranteed no matter what. APT 115 is an intimate wine bar focusing on small production and low intervention wine. We have one of the most dynamic wine lists in Austin, and would like to have the same caliber food to compliment our wine selections
