Job Description
The best work schedule in the hospitality business (no late nights, no early mornings). This position is a 4-Day work week (either Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday) 9am/10am - 7pm/8pm.
Flat Creek Estate is an experience-driven destination winery 20 minutes from Cedar Park. Our culinary team is responsible for creating and executing seasonal menus to pair with a variety of winery offerings from appetizer tastings to casual picnic lunches to 3-course paired wine menus. The ideal candidate enjoys new challenges and a constant exploration of new recipes and ingredients. Responsibilities
- The applicant must have strong organizational skills with the ability to organize their space for menu execution. The ability to be forward-thinking and write menus per assigned deadlines is a strong plus. Applicants new to menu writing and/or the culinary field should not shy away...our current team members are happy to train ambitious new hires.
