looking for experienced sushi chef to join our team.
As a Sushi Chef, a typical day might include the following:
*Creating high quality sushi including breaking down fish, cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording.
*Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specification.
*Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
*Able to work in a high volume / fast pace work environment
*Other duties as assigned
