Job Description
As gelato chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every gelato that gets served. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Making gelato by following the menu
- Plan & order ingredients and necessary equipment
- Arrange for kitchen repairs when needed
- Use P&L statements to effectively manage costs and meet budgets
- Foster cooperation, collaboration and respect
- Have knowledge of and enforce all safety and sanitation requirements
