Job Description
MUST SPEAK SPANISH Looking for a cook very flexible on schedule.
Cook needs are to dry fish and other fried items in fryers. Make and prep plates by order. Make and prep sandwiches. Prep food to be used got shift cook using steamer and microwave. Clean and wash dishes.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
