Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages

Welcome to Celebration, Dallas’ original farm-to-table restaurant, located on West Lovers Lane between Inwood and Lemmon. In March of 1971 we built a restaurant out of real stone, wood and copper where we could serve good food to good people. It worked – you came and came again. Over the years, we have added to the original restaurant two old houses, a full-service bar, and a wonderful patio, complete with a stone fireplace and fountain. Today, Celebration is a Dallas’ favorite where our valued friends and customers can enjoy freshly prepared, seasonal food in a comfortable atmosphere.
Celebration is nothing without our people, and that is why we choose to call each other Partners. Each day they work hard to ensure your dining experience is memorable, not to mention delicious.
