Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

The course features Big Fossil Creek that meanders throughout the property and comes into play on six holes. Strategic bunkering and 100-year-old Oak tree lined fairways provide aesthetic beauty for Members and Guests. The golf course is named after a 150-year-old Oak Tree that still resides on hole 15.

Our 40,000 square foot clubhouse is the perfect place for Members and Non-Members to host weddings, parties, or meetings in one of our fabulous banquet spaces, which afford incredible panoramic views of the golf course.
