Job Description

This is a position of Crawfish Cook. You will set up your station and participate in prep and shut down of the area. This crawfish season last until Father’s Day. Tips are split amounts t the other cooks in the shack with you. You must be able to count and keep track of what lbs of crawfish we receive and what we sell daily.

Responsibilities

• Cook food in a variety of ways
• Prepare ingredients
• Possess a solid sense of timing
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
