Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Born out of a love for good wine and good friends, Sommeliers Brad and Effie Stees developed Envy Wine Room to bring unique wines and wine educational opportunities to historic Old Town Spring. We focus on offering an approachable yet varied selection of wines from the classical to the esoteric. Wine just isn't our passion...It's our love story.
Our team of sommeliers are ready and eager to serve you. On the floor, they can guide you through all aspects of our wine list and assist in selecting the perfect wine and food pairing. Whatever the experience you are seeking, our versatility allows us to share our passion with guests.
In our efforts to reach every guest, our enthusiasm for wine extends into all aspects of our operation. We specialize in educational and interactive events for all occasions. We host our own public events, including winemaker dinners and wine education classes. We also specialize in private events - including corporate dinners, birthday celebrations, or a bridal showers.
Located within Why Not Envy Me?, a boutique and gift shop, our customers are treated to the ultimate sip and shop experience. We offer wines and beers from around the world that can be enjoyed either by the glass or by the bottle as you stroll through our quaint shop or relax in our cozy restaurant.
