Responsibilities

• Essential Functions of This Position:
• Prepare and cook to order pizza, sandwiches, and wings
• Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by customer, and prepare food according to instructions
• Manage dough - proof, stretch, prepare
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using kitchen utensils and equipment
• Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces
• Complete side work as needed
