Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Grab N Go Tacos is the life-long dream of a beautiful 1st generation Mexican Senorita and a young Texas Oilfield Engineer that wanted to give something special back to the community where they belonged by giving everyone access to fresh and convenient high-quality Mexican food outside of the house… which led to the birth of Grab N Go Tacos in Spring, Texas. Grab N Go Tacos has been in operation since February of 2017 and has 4 Taco Shops in the around Houston including in Spring (our original location), as well as Katy, Tomball, & Sugar Land.
Grab N Go Tacos features a variety of authentic Street Tacos and some crazy fusion Gourmet Tacos along with some seriously strong Margaritas and several other fun dishes including Nachos, Burritos, & Quesadillas. We make all our food fresh daily & use high-quality ingredients such as Certified Angus Beef, Halal Fajita Chicken, Wild Caught Mahi Mahi, Fresh Veggies (delivered several times a week), and Tortillas that are made right here in Houston by a local authentic Tortilleria. The menu is inspired by contemporary Texas and California flavors in a fast-casual and fun atmosphere while honoring the roots and heritage to truly awesome Mexican Food from Mexico that has been handed down from generation to generation of family cooking.
