Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

We are a group of close friends that came together through our love of food, beverage & community. With years of experience as restaurateurs, we decided to embark on a journey to create a local independent EuroAmerican restaurant, located in the dynamical Armature Works in North Tampa Heights.
Oak and Ola is a casual environment with a timeless design. We offer food and beverage starting at the “roots”. We are a place to gather where food and beverage professionals promote thoughtfully sourced and seasonal ingredients. We’re a place to be social; to enjoy a lighter and healthier meal or a longer paced dining experience. We have a great wine selection as well as local and regional craft beers. Our spirits are made with fresh ingredients, passion for innovation that creates curiosity and the desire to find the unexpected for our guests.
