Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

We specialize in American Cuisine with a Louisiana Twist: Blackened Shrimp Po'boys, NOLA's Famous Shrimp-n-Cheesy Grits, and NOLA Pasta.
Additionally, we source locally from food artisans, ranchers and farmers whenever possible.
Our menu includes Daily Plate Lunches like Jack'd Up Meatloaf--JD makes it Best--Shepherd's Pie and King Ranch. Sandwiches and burgers with unique names like the Yardbird on the Porch, Triple Threat, Hotter Than Bleu Blazes, and Black Toad in the Hole.
Large salads adorned with fruit and veggies like the Strawberry Fields Forever or the OHT Salad loaded with Cheddar and Bacon.
