About this location
About Pastafina Italian Ristorante
At Pastafina Italian Ristorante, everyone is part of the family.
Situated in the middle of scenic Weatherford, Pastafina can trace their humble roots back to the Bronx, New York City, when in 1989, owner Jeff and his family came to the United States to start a new life. He learned the art of Italian cooking in many New York eateries and instilled that love of food in his children.
In 2009, after a vacation to Texas, the family relocated, and a few years later, Jeff became the proud owner of Pastafina. Word spread quickly from Mineral Wells to Dallas about the restaurant, the homemade food, and the warm atmosphere.
“Family is the most important thing to my parents. They were always at our award ceremonies, graduations, sports events…they never missed it,” says Al, Jeff’s son who works at Pastafina with his brothers and other family members. “They were the surrogate parents of our neighborhood, and now, our staff.”
“Our motivation, the one that makes my family the happiest, is seeing families come together to enjoy a meal, to make conversation, and to simply enjoy life,” says Jeff.
When you walk into Pastafina, you will be greeted with a smile, and maybe even a warm hug. You may be a stranger when you first sit down to eat, but when you leave, you’ll be part of the family.
