Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

High Tide Seafood Bar and Grill's sister restaurant Pescado Borracho is a follow-up project and adventure for the group. Emlet, whose maternal grandfather hailed from Paracho, Michoacan, Mexico has many experiences south of the border. His Heritage has always been in his heart and mind. The land, the sea, the people and traditions are subtly reflected in the food and drink. Always a second home, Emlet flourished in his time in San Diego creating his own distinct style by the sea.
